We suggest removing those first and testing the game without those in the mods folder. The most likely culprit for your problem is one of the following mods: Core, Script, Tuning, and Object. If you're having any problems with your game after installing the latest patch, make sure to remove all of your mods and CC and test the game without them first! If the problem doesn't occur then one or more of your mods needs updating.
